Before transitioning to the Real Estate world, Saba earned two Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and Energy Engineering with high honors from the University of British Columbia. Before diving into Real Estate, Pearl studied animation at San Jose State University. She wanted to create movies that would become a legacy to last a lifetime. Instead, she found passion in Real Estate when buying her first home in San Francisco. She learned about the important and direct impact she can create in guiding people with one of the most personal and biggest assets and possessions: buying or selling a home.
Pearl has a unique blend of background and skills -- with interest in law before animation, she has been immersed in different sides of the spectrum: the logical world that involves gathering and understanding a ton of data and information while devising tactics and negotiations to win a case and the creative world that involves knowing how to utilize the visual senses to tell a story. Her experiences have proven to be the perfect mix required to service both buyers and sellers.

Nile is our transaction coordinator and functions as a liaison between Real Estate agents, clients and escrow companies. She oversees the transaction management responsibilities involved in completing Real Estate engagements. She is just as efficient, responsive and reliable as the rest of the team, supercharging everyone as a result.
Nile is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a background in commercial Real Estate marketing. She later obtained her Real Estate license and got certified as a TC. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and taking her 3 year old to Disneyland!
